Blocking Data: Serial dilutions of Anti-SIRP alpha Antibody, hFc Tag were added into Human SIRP alpha V2, His Tag : Biotinylated Human CD47 Protein, His Tag binding reactioins.The half maximal inhibitiory concentration (IC50) is 54.14ng/ml.

ELISA Data: Immobilized Human SIRP alpha V2, His Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-SIRP alpha Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 4.0ng/ml determined by ELISA.Immobilized Human SIRP alpha V2, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human CD47, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 0.15μg/ml determined by ELISA.

Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
